I have been using Linux distros for at least 8 years now, and Xfce has turned out to be my favourite DE by far. Yesterday I installed Kumander Linux, and although overall I really like Kumander and it's approach, I missed the availability of the Xfce settings manager. I usually rely on this to customise Xfce according to my preferences and taste. However, I could not find settings manager. Also missing (or disabled) is the "Whiskermenu", another highlight of Xfce that I truly value. What do I have to do to install/re-enable it?
Just for general information: My preferred distros are Linux Mint and MX-Linux.

Roy
