I am new to linux and while installing kumander stuck at "detect network hardware" please help

Hello Viper07 and welcome to the forum.

It looks like you might be trying to install Kumander Linux on a computer that has a defective network card - or something of that nature.

When in the install screen, try selecting "Start offline installer" and see if that will help you.

The usb was defective i changed usb and this problem solved but another problem arise

Now after installation during boot "Hard drive blocked due to security policy" appear
