When I change appearence the UI doesn't change

The only thing that changes are the windows
Kumander Linux is designed to look the way that it looks out of the box, which is a style that is inspired by Windows 7.
Users are naturally free to download and install whatever templates they like, but there is no guarantee if they will work or not.
