Good day, im so happy that we have a filipino made linux distro im proud of you sir ... im a linux user for a 1 and a half and im distro hopping since from debian to arch based and using from i3wm , bspwm and openbox.. ill try to use this distro because its a debain 11 bullseye stable in my 2nd computer in office because my main pc is also linux but its TUXEDO OS.. but im proud of you sir.. since before bayanihan linux is discontinued since.

Walang anuman po. And salamat sa kind words. Yes, I know about the previous Filipino Linux distros. It's a shame they were discontinued. Hopefully Kumander Linux will survive in the long term.

Hola. Kumander Linux 2.0 (Bulalo) se basará en repositorios Debian 12. No puedo decir exactamente cuándo estará listo, pero lo más probable es que sea a finales de este año.

Hallo, ich finde die Distro ,richtig gut gelungen. Werden Sie die später auf Debian 12 weiter führen , oder sogar eine rolling daraus machen? Wie sieht den der Weg aus mit dieser distro?

Yeah, I might just make Chrome the secondary browser in Kumander 2.0. But not sure if Firefox will be the main one. It is crazy RAM hungry these days... might be Opera or Brave. There is also a new, interesting browser in the works called Ladybird. We'll see.

Open /usr/share/applications as root to remove the menu shortcuts. Blender lives in /opt/blender-3.6.5 and can be delete. Kdenlive is an AppImage located in /usr/bin and can also be deleted.

Ja, ich werde Kumander Linux 2.0 veröffentlichen, das auf Debian 12 basieren wird. Wann genau, kann ich nicht sagen, da ich noch jede Menge anderer Arbeit zu erledigen habe.

I have been super busy trying to make ends meet by doing freelance work for some time now. Hopefully I can get back into the YouTube videos and continuing the distro again soon!

It is not possible to do a "sudo apt full-upgrade" with Kumander 1.1. The package responsible for logging in has been discontinued in Debian 12. Wait until Kumander 2.0 is ready. Please consider donating - or better yet - become a Patron, as that will speed up the process dramatically.
