Despite having updated to bookworm, I still am stuck with kernel 6-1, When will you update to the latest kernel?

Kumander Linux is built straight on top of standard Debian, which uses the 6.1 LTS kernel for Debian 12 by default.
The current version of the kernel in the latest Debian (12.8) is 6.1.0-28. So as far as Debian goes, you should be up to date.
